Jess leads the team that cover guest services, hosting, housekeeping, kitchen and landscaping
She was brought up in London and began her hospitality journey with a degree in Tourism Management, which ignited a passion for creating extraordinary experiences.
Her career has taken her around the globe, including Australia, Asia, Central and South America and the Caribbean. She first came to the island in 2016, when she worked with Richard Branson. Then, when Hurricane Irma struck in 2017, Jess returned to the UK to work with the Branson family until the islands were restored.
Jess’ wealth of local knowledge and genuine care for her guests ensures every moment on the estate is infused with joy, warmth and adventure.
